Flagpole Courtyard and Salish Salmon Project

2008-2009

All students at East Ridge Elementary School in the Northshore School District participated in this project. The primary grades made clay leaves – one for themselves to take home and one to be installed in poured concrete in a patio area designed to highlight a flagpole located in the center of the school. The older students made clay salmon in the Salish style which were hung in the entryway lobby to the school library.
